Acute conditions may improve within 3-5 sessions, while chronic issues typically require 8-12 treatments for optimal results. Your first visit includes a comprehensive health assessment where we discuss your medical history, current symptoms, and wellness goals. Our licensed acupuncturist will perform traditional diagnostic techniques including pulse and tongue diagnosis. The initial session typically lasts 60-90 minutes and includes your first treatment. We'll also provide lifestyle and dietary recommendations to support your healing process.
